Omnicruit is looking for Interventional Radiologists across various seniority levels for a prominent public healthcare institution in Singapore. Roles Open Across All Levels:
• Clinical Associate (CA)
• Resident Physician (RP)
• Associate Consultant (AC)
• Consultant (C)
• Senior Consultant (SC)
Clinical Scope (Level-Appropriate Responsibilities):
Depending on seniority, your responsibilities may include:
• Assisting or independently performing interventional procedures such as:
o Vascular access, embolization, biopsies, drainages
o Tumor-directed therapy: chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) o Endovenous laser therapy (EVLT), angioplasty, and stenting
o Trauma and hemorrhage control using image-guided techniques
• Participating in on-call service (RP level and above)
• Providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching (AC level and above)
• Leading service improvements and multidisciplinary case discussions (C/SC)
• Driving clinical research and innovation initiatives in interventional radiology (SC)
Qualifications and Requirements:
Clinical Associate (Non-Specialist)
• MBBS from a school listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (not on SMC’s 2nd Schedule).
• Registered to practice in country of qualification.
• Min. 3 years post-housemanship experience (Medical Officer equivalent) in an acute hospital.
• No registrable postgraduate qualifications.
• Completed ≥3 months each in Surgery and Medicine during housemanship.
• 2-year non-renewable temporary registration; ideal for overseas doctors seeking short-term experience.
Resident Physician
• MBBS on SMC’s 2nd Schedule or holds a registrable postgraduate qualification.
• Min. 3 years post-housemanship experience in an acute hospital.
• Completed ≥3 months each in Surgery and Medicine during housemanship.
• Renewable 2-year contract; long-term prospects with PR eligibility and dependent benefits.
• Annual bonuses for average performers: approx. SGD 60–70K.
Associate Consultant / Consultant
• Registrable postgraduate qualification recognized by SMC.
• Specialist certification (e.g., CCT/CCST) from UK, USA, Australia, NZ, Canada, or HK.
• ≥3 years post-certification experience as a licensed specialist:
o <3 years: Associate Consultant.
o ≥3 years: Consultant.
• Promotion to Consultant possible after min. 2 years, based on performance.
